Merengue is mix the reggae and bachata is the favorite music of Dominicans. The Merengue instruments are guira, marraca , aordeon, this music is the roots of a Dominicans proud of this 

culture.

Bachata its a persecution rhythm, the roots of bachata come from Cuba, Africa and Dominican Republic. the Bachatas instruments are marimbas, timbales, bongos, and guira.
